The Lucille Werner Foundation has been actively working in various ways to create an inclusive and accessible labor market. It does so in a positive manner, by empowering talents with disabilities to help them find employment and by providing businesses with the knowledge and tools to hire this target group.

2011-2012
CAP100
The CAP100 initiative aimed to help as many people with disabilities as possible find sustainable jobs, with support from major companies like Shell, PwC, and KPN. Over 150 people with disabilities found employment through this program.
2014-2018
Business Walk of Fame
The foundation launched the Business Walk of Fame in Amsterdams Zuidas business district, featuring stars for companies committed to an accessible labor market.

Yes, I want to work!
During the 2017 Mis(s) Election broadcast, Lucille launched the ‘Yes, I want to work!’ campaign, aiming to ensure no talent with disabilities goes untapped.
